At Taha sauna, we strive to deliver your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand our procedures and expectations for shipping and delivery.

Processing Time
- Standard Orders: All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Custom Orders: For custom design items, processing times vary depending on the complexity of the project.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Economy:
- Domestic Shipping (Within U.S): Free Shipping on Orders $100 and Above
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8 business days.
Standard: 

- Domestic Shipping (Within U.S): Orders $0.00–$99.99 Charge $19.99.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-4 business days.

Shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your products are delivered safely and efficiently. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer service team at sales@tahasauna.com

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and vary from country to country.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 5 days. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or file a claim.
- Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Delayed Shipments: In the event of delays caused by the courier service, we will notify you of any updates regarding your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain large or custom items may be subject to additional shipping fees or delivery restrictions.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, changes may not be possible due to the processing of your order.
